Sometimes we, as civilized human beings, witness an act of cowardice that is so despicable that we simply don’t have the words to properly express our outrage. Sadly, this is one of those cases.
The woman in this video is wheelchair bound. She was in her apartment complex parking lot when two black males began stalking her. The suspects cornered the helpless victim near the entrance of the building. The suspect in the white shirt then ripped the victim’s purse away, which contained her credit cards and cash.
Both suspects fled on foot, leaving the disabled victim behind.
